On supported devices, the App uses integrity services including Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity so the client stays genuine, unmodified, and running in a trusted environment—helping protect your information end to end.

• Update your account details within the App
• Stop using the App at any time
• Delete your account from within the App itself

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.

7. Third-Party Services

Our App may rely on third-party services (such as payment providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Bookly is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Bookly allows users to book tables at participating restaurants and, in some cases, pay for reservations through the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

To use Bookly, you must provide a valid phone number and your name. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your information is accurate
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

3. Reservations

When you make a reservation through Bookly:

• You agree to provide accurate booking details
• The restaurant is responsible for fulfilling the reservation
• Bookly is not responsible for service quality, availability, or actions of the restaurant

Restaurants may have their own policies (e.g., late arrival or cancellation rules), which you agree to follow.

4. Payments

Payments made through the App are processed securely via Moyasar.

By making a payment, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The payment details you provide are accurate

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made through Bookly are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Bookly is not responsible for issuing refunds for:

• Missed reservations
• Late arrivals
• Changes or cancellations made by you
• Issues related to the restaurant’s service

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the restaurant or as required by law.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Some reservations may require advance payment or have cancellation restrictions
• Failure to attend a reservation (“no-show”) may result in charges or restrictions on your account
• Repeated misuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account

7. Limitation of Liability

Bookly acts as a platform connecting users with restaurants. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of restaurant services
• Any damages, losses, or issues arising from your reservation or dining experience
• Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the App

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Provide false information
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bookly at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any updates.
